Join a Virtual Support Group Full of Women Who Are Pregnant After Loss

limited spots available!

The Miscarriage Doula offers unique support groups that go beyond the norm and provide a deeper, more specific level of support. Even during pregnancy after loss.

A pregnancy after loss support group through The Miscarriage Doula offers a compassionate, professional, and intimate space to process the grief, trauma, and emotional impact of pregnancy loss as well as the happiness of a new pregnancy. Each group is thoughtfully led by Arden Cartrette, founder of The Miscarriage Doula and a certified bereavement doula, who combines professional expertise with lived experience to create a truly supportive environment.

Each cohort is designed to help you navigate life after loss—including the emotional, physical, and relational changes that are often overlooked or misunderstood. Groups are intentionally small (typically 5–10 participants) to ensure a sense of safety, connection, and individualized support.

When you join a miscarriage support group, you’ll receive:

  • Professional guidance from Arden throughout your group experience
  • Peer support from others who understand what you’re going through
  • A private group chat on WhatsApp for ongoing connection
  • Weekly Zoom meetings for the full session duration you register for
  • Custom handouts and resources tailored to each week’s topic

Whether you’ve experienced an early miscarriage, recurrent losses, or second-trimester loss, this space offers understanding, community, and tools to help you move forward at your own pace.

MEET YOUR DOULA

arden

I’m located in North Carolina, USA. Being a miscarriage doula is the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done but it’s also the job that I wish I never had.

The Miscarriage Doula was created with love and serves as the legacy of the two babies missing from my family. My mission has always been to build a space that both prepares people for the realities of pregnancy loss and offers meaningful validation as they navigate their own experiences.

I also have a book releasing in April 2026, Moving Forward (Not Moving On): A Realistic Guide to Navigating Pregnancy Loss.
