The Miscarriage Doula offers unique support groups that go beyond the norm and provide a deeper, more specific level of support.
A miscarriage support group through The Miscarriage Doula offers a compassionate, professional, and intimate space to process the grief, trauma, and emotional impact of pregnancy loss. This group is thoughtfully led by Sarah Cocke, co-founder of The Miscarriage Doula and a certified bereavement doula, who combines professional expertise with lived experience to create a truly supportive environment.
Each cohort is designed to help you navigate life after loss—including the emotional, physical, and relational changes that are often overlooked or misunderstood. Groups are intentionally small (typically 5–8 participants) to ensure a sense of safety, connection, and individualized support.

PREVIOUS GROUP MEMBERS:
"My cohort gave me the chance to connect with some of the best women! I’m so grateful. Sarah leads so thoughtfully and with such empathy and compassion."
—Sam
"Sarah was a compassionate and relatable moderator. She really made us all feel seen! Forever grateful."
—Anonymous
"Having this support group really saved my life in a lot of ways. In groups I've been with in the past (mostly through addiction recovery), they were very skills focused, and less validation. I was expecting more skills orientation (might be a good value add in the future) but honestly no other feedback I am still in touch with my group daily. I couldn't be more grateful for Sarah and everyone who was in my group."
—Julia
"This was the support group I didn’t know I needed. I didn’t even know what a support group was. My friend’s sister told me about it and then held me accountable to join a group. I didn’t know a lot about grief and I feel like I’ve learned a lot. It felt really great to have a group of people who understood a very tricky piece of my life, when no one else did and I felt very alone."
—Kirsten
