MOTHERHOOD AFTER LOSS

Motherhood After Loss is still filled with hardship and grief. We're here to provide you with a community who gets it.

Ongoing virtual support that meets once a month.

Motherhood after pregnancy loss is complex.
You can love your child deeply and still grieve the baby you lost.
You can feel grateful and resentful.
You can move forward without leaving anything behind.

This support group exists for parents who are navigating motherhood while carrying the weight of pregnancy loss—whether that loss happened before your first living child or somewhere along the way.

You don’t need to explain the contradictions here.
You don’t need to minimize your grief because you’re “lucky now.”
You don’t need to be okay.

You just need a space where all of you is allowed.

This Group Is For You If:

  • You are parenting after miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR, ectopic pregnancy, or recurrent loss
  • You feel disconnected from traditional motherhood spaces
  • You carry guilt, fear, grief, or complicated emotions alongside love and joy
  • You want support that understands both loss and parenting
  • You’re tired of being told you should be “past it” by now

This group centers the reality that loss doesn’t disappear once a baby arrives—it changes, evolves, and often resurfaces in unexpected ways.
